When it comes to theatrical acting, as well as fashion and commercial modelling, there is no other source of talented people but The Brown Agency.
The Brown Agency had not been around for too long. Although it was established in 2015 in the heart of Texas, some of the concept makers and the creative group supporting the company were originally the members of the Wilhelmina Austin Agency. The latter was the same talent management firm which acquired with the Heyman Talent-South, an acting agency, during the fourth quarter of 2015. The merging of two diverse companies paved the way for the creation of The Brown Agency.
The firm went out of its way to carry out a grandiose party to commemorate the 4th of July in style. It was quite symbolic for The Brown Agency founders and talents as they were able to set the company apart from competitors and garner a lot of positive feedback from huge brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dell, L’Oreal and Toyota, to name a few, in less than a year. The party commenced at a poolside, thus making it so lively and spontaneously amazing. Fun, hip hop music blared out of the speakers the entire night as well, and all the attendees got to have quality time with one another.
In addition, with the aim of celebrating the first year of its creation, the company decided to hold The Brown Agency Formula One Party in Austin. This was a momentous event for all the people involved in the firm for the reason that they combined slightly different fields of art – acting and modelling – in one location, and the amount of work that their talents receive from various catwalks and TV and print advertisements all over the United States proved that it was a very wise decision (and a profitable one at that). According to the singer who performed during the event, Tameca Jones, the guests, models and actors made a beautiful picture.
Throwing celebratory gatherings is not foreign to the head(s) of the company. When it was still known as Wilhelmina Austin in 2010, its president, Justin Brown, led an inauguration party which featured a good number of artistic individuals, including Linda Asaf, a local fashion designer who illustrates wonderful ready-to-wear formal and bridal gowns. At that time, the Wilhelmina Austin launch party was the first of its kind in Austin, Texas since the city was not initially thought of as a home for fashion and theater talents that could make it big in the industry sans the country vibe. Yet, it did make its own mark in many states of the US, and now no one would get to think of Austin without remembering The Brown Agency.
