HOPE is a program under USHEALTH Group, an organization that lets people choose the appropriate health coverage to fit their individual needs. HOPE, which stands for Helping Other People Everyday, began in 2010. The program was initiated by Troy McQuagge at USHEALTH Advisors. McQuagge went on to become the president of the insurance holding company, growing the organization more than 6-fold since 2010. The HOPE program involves cooperation with other like-minded organizations to create a positive influence in people’s lives. An example of such collaboration is that of HOPE and Phoenix of New Orleans (PNOLA) to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

In 2012, USHEALTH Advisors decided to donate $25,000 to This support group works closely with community members to offer assistance to families of children with life-threatening illnesses. When HopeKids opened another branch in North Texas, USHEALTH Group donated another $45,000.
